The Healing Box Project®
supplies guitars and lessons to soldiers returning from the battlefield with life-changing injuries. The instruments are gifts for them to keep and are high quality, well-know brands like Gibson, Fender, Alverez and Epiphone. All come with a hard case and most are acoustic-electric. You can help by making a donation or donatining a guitar.

Award Winner
We are not doing this to receive awards although we have received recognition from various community groups who have helped with donations. We are "rewarded" by seeing soldiers performing music on guitars from "The Healing Box Project".
We are not connected with Wounded Warrior efforts although they are aware of our service.

​In the middle of Missouri where "The Healing Box Project" was born you will find a trio of musicians playing music at festivals, outdoor venues and private events. The music is Classic Rock and Blues and they named the group "Nass T Habit". What makes this band different from any other is the presence of a donation "box" made from an old Fender acoustic guitar. The "Healing Box" is in plain sight, the purpose is explained and the money collected goes toward the purchase of guitars.
